3. Multiple Accounts & Limit Circumvention
Users may not create, maintain, or use multiple NobleHost accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, resource limits, suspensions, bans, restrictions, or other limitations imposed by NobleHost.
This includes creating additional accounts to obtain additional CPU, RAM, storage, servers, network resources, or other benefits beyond the limits assigned to an individual account.
NobleHost may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in such activity, including related accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or circumvention.

- The account or service is involved in abuse, fraud, or malicious activity.
- The account shows prolonged inactivity where applicable renewal rules apply.
- Emergency maintenance or infrastructure balancing is required.
- We are required to take action by applicable law or a competent authority.

- No resource hoarding or intentional resource abuse.
- Inactive servers may be automatically scheduled for deletion where renewal policies apply.
- Services that negatively affect adjacent users may be throttled or terminated.
6. Data and Backups
Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups of important data. NobleHost does not guarantee that user-created files, databases, configurations, or other content will remain recoverable after deletion, suspension, hardware failure, or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Terms of Service Compliance
Users must comply with the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and community guidelines of all third-party platforms and services they interact with while using NobleHost infrastructure.
10. Copyright, Intellectual Property & Stolen Material
Users may not upload, host, deploy, distribute, or otherwise make available on NobleHost infrastructure any content, source code, website template, application, asset, or other material that they do not own or that they are not properly licensed or otherwise legally authorized to use.
This includes, without limitation, hosting any website, application, script, or project that has been obtained from another party without their explicit permission, even if the user has modified superficial elements such as colors, theme, branding, logos, names, text, or minor visual changes. Cosmetic alteration of stolen or unauthorized material does not constitute ownership and does not grant any right to host it.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content they host on NobleHost. NobleHost does not verify ownership of user content and does not act as an arbiter of intellectual property disputes, but will act on valid and reasonably substantiated complaints.
Upon receiving a credible report (including via abuse@noblehost.cc or our Discord) that hosted content infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or was obtained without the rightful owner's permission, NobleHost may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate the offending service and/or account.
- Remove or disable access to the reported content or files.
- Preserve relevant technical logs and cooperate with the rightful owner or competent authorities where legally required.
- Permanently restrict the responsible user(s) from re-registering or using NobleHost services.
Users who knowingly host stolen, leaked, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized material may have their services terminated immediately, with no eligibility for appeal where the infringement is clear. Repeat or willful infringers will be permanently banned from all NobleHost services.
If you believe content hosted on NobleHost infringes your rights, contact us at abuse@noblehost.cc with sufficient details to identify the material, proof of ownership or authorization, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
